What does the seminar costs?
The price for the seminar:
$450 CSAR Members + $15 Registration Fee = $465 Members
$500 Non CSAR Members + $15 Registration fee = $515 Non Members
Your seminar fee includes ALL meals beginning with dinner on Sunday evening through continental breakfast on Friday morning PLUS housing. There is no discount if staying off-site. Companions/Observers (no dog worked) costs $250 + $15 Registration Fee = $265.
What if I am not sure if I am a beginner or intermediate?

Can I buy long sleeve T-shirts or Hoodies?
You will receive a free short-sleeved logo t-shirt when you sign in. Pink Knapp shirts will be available for preorder. Long-sleeved t-shirts, hoodies and other search gear will be available for purchase at the seminar.
When does registration start?
Registration for MEMBERS ONLY will open February 15, 2025 @ 12:00 p.m. central.
An email with link will be sent prior to that day/time.
Registration for non-members will open March 1, 2025 @ 12:00 p.m. central
Can I work more than one dog?
No. Classes are designed for one handler and one dog for the duration of the seminar.
If my dog is in heat can my dog still attend?
Dogs in heat may not attend the seminar. Seminar attendees will receive partial refund (refund to exclude food/lodging expenses) to owners with dogs in heat past the refund date. Email us for more information.
Are there opportunities to volunteer?
Volunteers are often needed to help, especially people willing to put in trails and go hide for the trailing and area search dogs. Contact us at csar2025seminar@gmail.com. Or let us know when you check-in at the seminar and we'll connect you to the appropriate person.
